The short story on copyright on this blog is: please feel free to quote from any of the stories you have found on here. I do, however, ask that you please quote Cinemazzi as the source (and if you’re feeling generous, links back to the site are always greatly appreciated!). We’ll do the same. Because after all the blood, sweat and tears that goes into producing these stories (often with two kidlets clamouring for attention) and on a whisper of a budget, it isn’t really fair for other people to claim them as their own, right?
I like to spread the word about great stuff I’ve found on other sites too, so I always try really hard to acknowledge photographers or external sources in our stories (in accordance with the Australian Copyright Council’s guidelines on reproducing content for the purpose of Fair Dealing) but if you ever feel this isn’t the case, please let me know.
That’s pretty much it, let the official chat begin. – Marie C.
